Mini madness at Topshop Oxford Street!

So as some of you will know, a few weeks ago we launched our very own pop-up concession in the flagship Topshop store in London.
We have had a variety of our products on offer there, ranging from our smaller rubber purses to some of our larger products like the PVC and rubber shoulder bag. Of all the products in stock however, there has been one style that has proved very popular with the Topshop customers! So much so that we have designed variations of it. Introducing the PVC and Rubber Mini, one of the newer additions to our collections, which first came in black and red PVC. This then progressed and we also started producing it in our original Clear PVC.
The Clear and Red PVC minis were both available from the launch at Topshop. After seeing the popularity of these in the first couple of weeks, we decided to trial some other colours exclusive to the pop-up at Topshop. The mini is now also available in blue, grey, orange and yellow which caused a lot of excitement!
What do you think of our new colours? If you get the chance, pop into store to get your hands on one of our exclusive new minis while you can! For a preview, take a look at the pictures below.

New collection preview

So after giving you a little look into our development stage of the new collection earlier this month, we thought we would also give you a preview into the finished collection before it launches.
If you remember we had been playing with various new fastenings, we settled on a heavy, rectangular clip as it fitted with the structural and architectural influences within the collection and also became a feature piece on the bags.
We were also experimenting with different techniques to attach the bags together, such as sewing. Although there are details of the bags which are sewn, we decided that our original interlocking method was unique to Reclaim and most visually appealing for the construction of the bags.

Have a look at some of our favourite pieces from the new collection and let us know what you think?

Final decisions have been made for the new bags and they will be coming very shortly so keep your eyes open!

Trade shows in Paris

So this week we travelled to Paris for a research trip to attend Tranoi and Who's Next, both well known trade shows worldwide. Trade shows give companies the opportunity to meet professionals in the industry from buyers to stylists and everything in between.

Tranoi, although on a smaller scale compared to Who's Next was great with our personal favourite exhibitors being clothes designer http://www.blkopm.com/, shoe designer http://www.katmaconie.com/ and jewellery designer http://especes-especes.com/.

Who's Next is a much larger show, which gives the opportunity for different sections including, Who's Next Accessories, Premiere Classe, Who's Next Ready-To-Wear and Fame all of which specialise in different areas. It was a long day, however very worthwhile. Favourites from the day include shoe designer http://www.notjustalabel.com/charkviani, bag designer http://www.whosnext.com/wp/pt-pt/brands/lamat/ and clothes designer http://www.drapersonline.com/whos-next-paris-avec-s/5045485.article
